Hello,
My sgpt 54 , sgot 45 , hbv dna above 2 core kindly suggest me what can I do now, will it recover or cure from this situation? My ultrasound report normal... No problem with my health. In future is it 100% sure my liver ll damage or cirrhosis or cancer?? Please helo expert.

You need to start on hepatitis B medications..
You need to be on regular surveillance for medications and see for liver damage..
