CT SCAN MAY DETECT IBD IF CONTRAST CT IS DONE, THAT TOO IN LIMITED CASES. IBS can not be detected in ct scan. Colonoscopy is the next step depending on what SYMPTOMS u have.

high fibre diet. salads green vegetables fruits etc. IBS IBD DIET SHOULD BE FOLLOWED. AVOID STRESS AS ANY PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES HAVE IMPACT ON IBS.
