2 month ago my anus has blleeding my docter suggest me colonscopy after it found internal hemmoride but anus is painful but not bleeding

If pain is there it is more likely to be fissure. Sometimes both are present. Confirmation of diagnosis is by direct examination. Appropriate treatment can avoid surgery Fissure has high reccurrance if proper treatment is not followed.

diet plays a very important role. correct diet can avoid constipation. most important are appropriate consumption of  salads green vegetables fruits. plenty of fluids in between two meals.
