Obstructed Defecation Syndrome
I've been diagnosed with ODS. I've undergone sigmoidoscopy (diagnosed with SRUS). I'm unable to evacuate stool without straining and manual evacuation using my finger. Please advise what to do.

ODS is a relatively common condition. Firstly u have to make sure that stools are not hard. Secondly biofeedback is the best treatment for ODS. Always defecate while squatting position.
