Not able to pass during this lockdown and have gained too much belly fat. Couldn't excercise due to constraints of. Space, do walk in building passage for about an hour. There is no major change in diet. How to resolve this.

I am facing constipation problem since months , when change diet it resloves , but most of the time flat stool ..Is this cause of concern?
