Hi sir/ madam, In the month of feb im underwent LSCS.. After surgery im developing constipation... Due to that pain over rectal area,while touching anus i felt some scratch over there... During defecating i felt pain and so difficulty... Due to Lscs my family members wont give me banana, green leafy... What can i do now ... How to releive my constipation...

Daily 3 or 4 times I do motion but still not satisfied with motion really upsetting every day so please need solution

I have been noticing undigested food material in my stool since past month. It's kind of regular now. I had stomach pain in the beginning which only occured during bowel movement but I no longer have the pain but the indigestion persists. I don't feel any pain now but my bowel movements and not normal I feel. Slightly disturbed if may.

I have been facing this issue which triggers due to many factors. Once in week or month, I generally get a stomach ache kind of burning sensation which lasts for max 39 mins and after that get terrible itching all over the body with rashes which lasts for an hour. I have took many medications to treat this problem but unable to find cause for the same. Generally, I observed I get this due to any consumption of spicy food or over eating during the day. However, sometimes inspite of controlling these factors, I get this pain and itching. It happens generally during night. The pain is terrible kind of feel like burning inside my stomach. I thought this might be acidity issues but I'm unable to find the cause for itching and rashes after the pain. Please help
