Can Azithromycin 500 mg tablet be taken for 5 days. I had a throat infection from the last 15 days ?When is the best time to take?

Sir some liquid coming out from stomach hole...is there any big issue and its smell very bad ...any medicine

My wife is hapatitas c  patient in 2016.Now she is good .I requlerly checkup in Aims Delhi.report are normal last six months.but few days she comes fever .due to lock down we give medicine from village.now fever not.but she is feeling weekness ,no hunger,and vomiting ,I see the aims paper and give him normoxin rt tab .so please advise.

Last week I had very intensive work from home plan with almost 11 hours of working sitting on chair for prolonged hours. Then since 5 days ago, I had pain in my abdomen on the left side. Gradually I started feeling pain in my left chest and sometimes near to heart with constant burpings. Since last one week I m only having hot water, turmeric water, controlled simpl diet without any non veg and no spices. I started walking for 2 hours. But still the pain is persistent.
