Sometime I feel my heart beat are going fast and as I was not abling to digest a food and I feel like loose and can't sleep

Good evening doctor, I am suffering from recurrent stomache main and constipation so I got my self tested and diagnosed with ileal ulcers so pls help me with it and then my biopsy was taken so I am sending you my reports??

I have prblm stomach pain last 2 weeks before i had consulted to doctor she refers to me scan i got reptorts accute appendicitis but again i went to another hospital he also refers to me scan there is no prblm but i have constipation some times light stomach pain

Suffering from constipation in some time and diarrhea depends upon diet. Please suggest me what medication is available for this.

Hi , I have been suffering from acidity for last 20 days since i started eating vitamin c tablets and many citrus fruits. Now sometimes i feel i am short of breath and it worsens while eating food. I always feel like there is something in my throat . The feeling of shortness of breath while eating scares me. I have been taking gelusil liquid 4 tb spoons a day for last one week. It has reliefed me a little but not so much. Please advise me for the above issue. Unable to sleep as i feel i won't be able to breathe when i sleep. I am not able to visit a doctor coz of lockdown. Is this a cause of concern?

Before 10 days ago I have a heart burn and then suddenly started dry cough with burping and flatulent. Now my dry cough is better but after eating sometime comes and continue burping and flatulent is there.And its feel like something stuck in throat once forcefully cough then its fill like better. I dont have any heart burn now but other symptoms is there.like dry cough for some time burping flatulent and dry and irritated throat. Dr prescribe me sompraz 40 mg and Antacid liquid form last 10 days am on it.but still little bit problm is there. Now please suggest me which medicine best for this condition.

Done fistulectomy in September 2019 at the left side of the anus, now I am getting continues pain in the surgical site for past 3 days. When I touch the surgical site, I feel like a lump. I am not whether it is a lump or it is swollen. I am not able to sit due to terrible pain...what could be the reason

Hello doctor , i am suffering from fatty liver grade 1 ..my sgpt is 70 and sgot is 39 . I have no history of diabetes also. now my concern is ...is fatty liver fatal.can it result to death ??
