Abdominal ache in the lower centre part
She has been experiencing abdominal ache since 3 days which comes and goes. even her last period was 6 days ago. the pain is sharp and was first felt the day before yesterday and the pain resembled like her periods were starting again, then the pain was felt yesterday during noon then it went away then started again today afternoon and she also felt dizzy spells for a while. After coming back from work she went to sleep and the pain came back with a little more intensity.
she's working in small town and couldn't visit any good doctor due to the lockdown. Any help will be really appreciated. thanks.
