I struggle with bad motions. Since a few years now. I am very healthy, physically active, and eat simple home food only. I don't understand the reason for my poor bowel movement.

Hi sir/ madam, In the month of feb im underwent LSCS.. After surgery im developing constipation... Due to that pain over rectal area,while touching anus i felt some scratch over there... During defecating i felt pain and so difficulty... Due to Lscs my family members wont give me banana, green leafy... What can i do now ... How to releive my constipation...

Daily 3 or 4 times I do motion but still not satisfied with motion really upsetting every day so please need solution
