My diagnosed with Nash with macro fibrosis..since June he is living healthy life..rite now he on evion 400mg and bilipsa once daily...kindly see the report of LFT and tell hows he doing?

Dear Dr. My SGPT is 114 SGOT 73 and cholesterol 208. I am non alcoholic and non smoker. My weight is 110 kg and height 5" 11 inch. Fatty liver patients. Still not taking medicine. Do I need to worry . I am going to visit gastroenterologists by next week. Please suggest if something very wrong or urgent. i am 34 year old male . please

Hello sir my age is 29 years ...i have gained wght due to repeated  abortion  in past 3 years and my periods get affected due to this.... and i got thyroid disorder ...i hv visited to homeopathic doc.he said all of these happened in ur body also ur liver getting weak ...am worrying abt my liver health ...plz let me know any test to check liver condition ?

I do not know what is my problem. From 6 months I suffered loose stool3- 4 times daily in morning sometimes 2 times.from 2half month I have pain in Upper abdomen after eating food(1-2hours later).some times before&after bowel movement.i done cbc l,iver function, test ,urine infection test ,hsbg ,hiv, blood prothedene ,creatine test, the level, hb 13gm.accult blood test endoscope abdomen scan all tests are normal.i go for colonoscopy in this they mention normal but doctor gave sample to do biopsy so I am very worried it what issues I hav.please suggest me .biopsy reports are till not come.i attached colonoscopy report.

I'm getting heavy stomach pain from last night. I ate outside biryani last night. From that next moment, I'm having this pain..

I had a blood test in February this year. My AST=39.6, ALT= 38, total protein= 8, albumin=4.8. The blood test I had in June 2019 revealed following figures AST= 39.8 , ALT= 36.7, TOTAL PROTEIN= 8.1, albumin= 4.86 or 4.9.  I have uploaded 1 merged photo of all tests related to liver profile of both 2019(upper portion of the image, age 23) and 2020(lower portion of the image, age 24), so that you can compare. I have full body blood test report too for both years, in case you want to check something else, I can upload pics. I have shown this year's reports to a nutritionist/dietician, she has advised me supplements for iron, vit D, B12 and biotin. Please tell whether the liver profile is fine. If not, what should I do? The things made me think are AST is above normal range according to the lab, Albumin is at the highest end of the normal range mentioned by the Lab, and AST/ALT ratio is more than 1. P.S.: I don't drink alcohol, in fact I've never drunk alcohol and I am a pure vegetarian.

The problem  is that of my daughter and its written from her perspective. "Since 2018 I am having this problem where my stomach gets swelled and I have some pain in the lower abdomen area. It happens after 2 or 4 months or once in a month. Specially if I have eaten rice at some place else. But after taking medication suggested by my doctor it goes away after two day. Medications I take- 1. RIFAGUT 2. NEXPRO L" My main question is why does it keep on happening and what is its solution.

Hi Dr, I completed H Pylory antibiotics cource completely. Today I diagnosed the the test is negative so that doctor suggested me for a month pan and normoxin medication for a month. Can I take Homeopathy or Ayurvedic treatment from now? As while using I could see the side effects. Can you pls suggest.

Loose watery stool for 3 days after eating food from hotel. Feels like going to bathroom immediately after a meal. Feels thirsty on and off, and also feels hungry If a meal is skipped . No fever, no body pain or any other abnormal signs other than diarrhoea . What could be the reason and what test needs to be done to diagnose this?
