Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am feeling bloating, gas and mild stomach pain in upper side for last 10 days. From last 5 days I am taking PAN D in the morning but not much relief. I do 30 min yoga and on normal diet. Please suggest what should I do to get relief.

She has been experiencing abdominal ache since 3 days which comes and goes. even her last period was 6 days ago. the pain is sharp  and was first felt the day before yesterday and the pain resembled like her periods were starting again, then the pain was felt yesterday during noon then it went away then started again today  afternoon and she also felt dizzy spells for a while. After coming back from work she went to sleep and the pain came back with a little more intensity. she's working in small town and couldn't visit any good doctor due to the lockdown. Any help will be really appreciated. thanks.

I was suffering from peptic ulcer disease and then gerd past 4 months later how can i fast now in the month of Ramadan after 1day of fasting my throat was irritated so i left fasting then after that my stomach was hurting by past 2days ...now the question is can I fast

Suffering from constipation ... Not satisfied even  after potty ... Seems like there is need to go again ...what to do

Is stelbid 2 capsule use for acidity and busing sensation in stomach,as my doctor prescribed me this medicine and from yesterday night i have taken this. But today i have feeling burning in stomach while eating after taking this capsule feeling sleepy only. I am taking this capsule 2 times a day.

I am not able to understand what report is this pls tell is there any problem which my report is indicating

Yesterday night after having my snack in evening that is taraka dal and milk tea, I got body pain around 8pm and then mild fever. So after dinner I had dolo 650. Again at midnight around 2:30am I got fever and body pain. So I had nephrox Rd 40 one tablet and dolo 650 one tablet and after sometime I started sweating and body pain reduce. Again today morning I got fever around 100 degree, so I had two biscuits with black tea and had calpol 650. After having that the fever reduce totally along with the body pain. I went to pass my motion two times. And I am feeling nausea , and sometime stomach cramps. But the fever and body pain is coming again.

Okay. I am having this problem that I feel there is a knot kind of going up and down slowly and it is stuck from throat to upper part of breast bone. Some times I feel acidity and way too much of burps. What should I do . Which medication should I take. Is it GERD?

Feeling Constipation. Might be because of medicines I am taking. Pls help. Is there any substitute for fenolip?

Need some suggestions in increasing the bowel movement also to clear the particles that are attached to colon for a long time
