Blood motions and full pain in rectum

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi All, I am having blood motions from last 3 weeks and full pain in rectum. Is this related to hemoirds or piles.please advise how do I get away from this pain. Request you to suggest a pills / tonic or ontiment. Thanks for your support

Blood in stool is always abnormal. Definite diagnosis is warranted,you need ano rectal examination and minimum sigmoidoscopy to know cause of bleeding, commonest cause of lower gi bleeding is anoectal hemorrhoids and painful bleeding is fissure in ano.For that you should do sitz bath ( sitting in pot containing lukewarm water mixed with common salt) twice daily for 2weeks,Apply anobillis cream locally twice daily, you can apply lox jelly 1pec twice daily.if you have constipation ,then laxatives like 3o ml looz syp be taken at bedtime .But proper examination is required to clinch right diagnosis of your problem.
