Unable to pass motions properly oftenly em facing this issue from past 5 years can anyone kindly help me in this

Before 22 days I have a chicken pox now its cure but Past few days I have dry cough burping and gases and very rarely sometimes heartburn and throat irritation. Past history was Same thing happened with me in September 2017 that time ENT specialist check me and dr prescribed me sompraz and gaviscon for 15 days and symptoms disappeared and after that did not came.Now same symptoms and feel like something stuck in throat.Due to lockdown I have take online suggestions with dr.Dr prescribed me Sompraz L so i have taken it in morning only 5 days and then stopped. While taking this all symptoms disappeared and feeling well. But yesterday night I have ate spicy masala rice and after that heartburn start in night and its gone after 1 2 hrs after drinking water. But I feel like some mild symptoms are come back which feel like constant need of throat clearing and small amount of dry cough. So my question is should i take sompraz L again and how many days to continue it and what frequency.Thanks

Gastric problem means that gas is not passes easily. loose motion feel like vomitting nausea few days back(around 1 month)had burning sensation in full body which was medicated by the doctor near me. those medicine are over now. i was feeling okay. but from tomorrow these problem mentioned above arrived.

My age 32 but after a week lower abdomen right and left side pain.and vomiting.constipation.toilet not a normal and yellow.

I have been facing stomach fullness problem without eating anything. And it's very uncomfortable. Due to that even in throat, I feel something is blocked and that's giving alot of the trouble to sleep. Please prescribe some medicines so that this acidity goes away. I have been facing this issue from past few days.

How to control acidity. Suggest some home tips and medicine if it is heavy. Let me know how to take food.

Please give me a good suggestion for treatment this problem. If any food for this or any life style change please tell me.

Hi, I am having severe upper abdomen pain in centre part after having meal. Sometimes it starts with having water too. Having acidity too. I had food in problem 1 nd half year back. Right now not having cow milk, wheat flour, peas, almonds nd eggs. I am breastfeeding mother. 3 n half months postpartum. Plz advise

My mother's irritable bowel syndrome is not getting cured by any medicines. She is having frequent lose motions. She has got no stomach infection. Already tried antibiotics for stomach infection. Lose motions are not getting cured. She took Aayurvedic Kutajghanvati also but no improvement.
