Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello, I was taking amoxicillin from past few days due to some injury. Last night I took it and I ate food in the morning without consuming pantocid. Turns out that food has got stuck in my throat due to acidity. I have tried taking pantocid but could not even gulp that, threw it up. I have tried taking Digene and did gargle. My throat feels choked due to acidity. If this condition persists, I won't be able to eat anything or take other medicines. I am getting continuous burps. When I burp, I feel food pipe has opened a little bit but after that it gets compressed again. Could someone please advise what should I do or consume in order to clear my the acid in my throat? how long will it take to clear my throat? Please help. Thanks!

I always feel heaviness and tightness in stomach after waking up mainly in evening...whenever I wake up in morning I feel uneasiness in my stomach as if it has sores and this feeling is more in lying down position...whn I walk thn it reduces and sometime disappear

Hi Doctor I have problem of acidity before 4 months . we consult Dr Ajit sood Dmc ludhiana he treat best and make fibre scan of lever in which lever is very fatty 3rd grade rest is ok before 2 months  . Thyroid report is normal. Sugar test report is normal . He give me esomac 40 tablet twice a day before meal. Tab Bilypsa od. Tc 550 twice a day . I do it before 2 months. But we have problem in throat. Sometimes irritation in throat due to small mucus and soreness in throat. Please suggest me .

Since two weeks back I'm suffering with gerd as per my symptoms I suffered with acid reflux burning sensation in my chest and chest and breast bone pain the pain moves to left shoulder and lots of flatulence so I take omeprazole 20mg and antiacid for a couple of days later I change my medicine Pantoprazole 40mg for almost two weeks twice a day and metaclopramid suddenly from 11th day I get chills and tremors dehydration sneezing after that I use to take another medicine For gerd I feel better with the symptoms but I don't understand why I felt chills and tremors especially in night I don't have any fever my temperature is 36.6centigrades pulse and heartbeat is normal so in that case how far these chills and tremors related with gerd? What kind of diagnose I need to do? If I take paracetamol I'm OK if not it continues need a answer please what I need to do? What medicine I need to take? How can I oercame with this problem please help me with kind regards
