Since several days offenly I'm getting gas out from ass... morning drinking hot water, so no gas in mouth.. How to control it fully

I have heptamegaly with fatty infiltration from 2004, Now my belly n abdomen is bigger than normal size, I feel my stomach is full even after eating little meal. N also I have acid reflux , urge to urine frequent. My feet and shin is mildly swollen with mild Edema. My upper abdomen that is stomach part is very hard to touch. But I DONT have GASTRIC problem. Kindly suggest .

Hi I had suffering from IBS and developed polyps in intestine around 2 years back which were removed and tests were performed and the clinical findings were benin . One year back I again went for colonoscopy to reexamine and doctors found everything's ok .Now my question is when should I again go for colonoscopy . Plus this in these days i.e we don't go out because of COVID so we eat more pulses and other stuff . This has lead to reappearance of discomfort in abdomen and gases . Please advise what to do . Can I take Morease tab as that was prescribed by gastrlogist at that time .

I have  mild pain in lower left side of abdomen since last two days. I am feeling like passing stool. But no stool when I go to toilet. But the pain continues and feeling like to go to toilet. I am taking NEXPRO 40 once in morning before food.Kindly suggest me what medicine to take.

I have ibs-c.I have used all laxative like softovac, dulcoflex, cremaffin plus, loozy and provict 2mg  I have taken all twice after meal. Empty stomach all gas tablet like pan d, pan l, omez d and l, rabesec dsr. But in morning only 30% motion. I have done whole body test. My query In morning gas medicine is compulsary or i can take softovac. i relief two tablet pan d in empty stomach after one tablet 50% motion then again i feel gas then i have to take pan d. and if after meal i take gemsoline then afternoon my stomach clear. after how many days  i will relief permanently.

Does not feel hungry, food is not digested.The stomach is always bloated.Muscles in the body move due to gas formation. The stomach is not clean.

My mother is having stomach pain with and she had triphala for continues 20 days and had stomach pain and constipation now from 25 days she is having vomiting sensation while having any food What is her problem pls help us

I am taking cyra d for acid reflux one tablet per day,i am taking homeopathic medicine also for treating this permanently. Is this safe?

Dear Dr, Im facing a weird problem since last one week with my stomach swollen bit(constipation) and no free motion.after 2-3 days with great difficulty im having motion but not a free one. I'm drinking 3-4 litres of water per day and don't have any smoking/alcohol habits. My friend has similar problem and he is taking pentamed-40 in the morning with empty stomach. Can I also use the medication untill hospitals operate normally which are not operating due to lockdown.
