I am having stomach issues since 1 months and done infection course several times. Drs saying it's IBS. Now again 1 week back I had cramps, Loose stools 2 3 times in a day, little stomach pain and semi digested motions with bitter taste of mouth. Due to lockdown my gastro isn't available so I have taken Rcifax 400 twice a day and Velgut in Night already taking Macrobonik 40. Today is fifth day and I am better but motions are still semi solid. My query is that should I continue Rcifax for more days or 5 days course is sufficient. Can you suggest some good probiotics? Since last one year mostly I have taken Velgut

I am having nausea from one week My biochemistryTEST shows increased and decreased level from Feb on 14/02/2020 SGOT -64 SGPT -62 Direct s.BILRUBIN -0.59 Than it becomes normal after I was taking boiled food for 1 week Than I started eating regular home -made food It was normal but after one month my reports shows increased level Last test I was done on 24/03/2020 SGPT -39.2 ( normal range 5-35) Total S. BILRUBIN -0.77(normal range -0-1) Direct s. BILRUBIN -0.29(normal range-<0.3) Indirect s.BILIRUBIN- 0.48 ( normal range - <0.8) nausea is there but I am feeling  hungry too. Please suggest a diet chart and medicine. Apart from this I m having 4.1 mm kidney stone in my right kidney and my urine culture report shows E COLI bacteria ( cystitis) for that I had taken antibiotics too.But I am single and virgin so please tell me is my liver is good or else I need any medication to make it healthy

Sir, I am priya, age 27, weight 40kg, height 5'3". I am thin, underweight married woman. I also feel weak. To increase my strength, I try to increase my diet, took protein powder with milk, etc. But when I try these things, my stomach gives pain. Can you suggest me something.

I am having continuous loss of appetite and weight loss. For many years I was a skinny person I don't know why I never gained weight even I have tried many syrups and consulted few doctors regarding that but every one gave me some different different types of syrups. Increased the intake quantity of Dairy Products and gain my weight from 49 to 64 kgs but since October 2019 when I had a Dengue fever all my appetite gone and since then my weight is gradually decreasing and now I am back to 51-52 kgs. Even it's been months and again I tried syrups and every technique of taking small small meals whole day, nothing is working. For the record my height is 6 feet. I don't understand what I should take to what I should prefer to get my appetite back and gain weight. No syrups or protein intakes are working out. Suggestions please

Problem since 10 when i wil take amoxy callvenic 625 after when i left these medicine i am suffering from acidity i will take dulolax for clear stool but after acidity automatic reflux to stomach and there problem in breathing when acidity reflux and throat lumps also swell..

I have heptamegaly with fatty infiltration from 2004, Now my belly n abdomen is bigger than normal size, I feel my stomach is full even after eating little meal. Hi I had suffering from IBS and developed polyps in intestine around 2 years back which were removed and tests were performed and the clinical findings were benin . One year back I again went for colonoscopy to reexamine and doctors found everything's ok .Now my question is when should I again go for colonoscopy . Plus this in these days i.e we don't go out because of COVID so we eat more pulses and other stuff . This has lead to reappearance of discomfort in abdomen and gases . Please advise what to do . Can I take Morease tab as that was prescribed by gastrlogist at that time .

I have  mild pain in lower left side of abdomen since last two days. I am feeling like passing stool. But no stool when I go to toilet. But the pain continues and feeling like to go to toilet. I am taking NEXPRO 40 once in morning before food.Kindly suggest me what medicine to take.
