It has happened twice now While passing gas little motion comes out I have gastritis I am taking espmeprazole 40 daily morning And I am taking suracal o at night I don't seem to agree with milk products Recently I am taking vitamin e and zinc supplements

Next Steps
drink lots of water 4 glasses extra daily try kinpride SR once a day for 2 weeks. try isabghul 2 tea spoon full as and when required
