Hello Doctors. My wife has mild pain in her lower abdomen (right side). But she feels the pain only on applying slight pressure, otherwise she doesn't feel it. Also, I noticed that she has mild fever and fatigue. Is this appendicitis or gynaec related issue? Who should I consult first?

Last night i had a fever after felling very cold. I didn't take any medicine and after 2 hours a sweat profusely and fever was less. No tonsils. Now i am having a headache, weakness mild fever and stomache. Since yesterday my stomach is upset. Can you please suggest what is the issue

My mother shall soon have her Gallstone removal surgery. She has cholestrol and hypertension. But lately she is complaining of momentarily stoppage of breath which becomes okay afterwards. Last week I had very intensive work from home plan with almost 11 hours of working sitting on chair for prolonged hours. Then since 5 days ago, I had pain in my abdomen on the left side. Gradually I started feeling pain in my left chest and sometimes near to heart with constant burpings. Since last one week I m only having hot water, turmeric water, controlled simpl diet without any non veg and no spices. I started walking for 2 hours. But still the pain is persistent. Kindly suggest remedy. Thank you.
