Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had 3 breads with tea at 6 am in morning. Followed by one full glass of kaadha that had ajwain, heeng, black pepper, ginger, tulsi, rocksalt, giloy, curry leaves, amla powder and turmeric. I then had one big spoon of alsi or flax seeds. Now at 11 am i am feeling like i have an upset stomach and a bit nauseous. I just started with the amla and flax seeds today. Did i do something wrong? I over did it maybe because i am scared of this pandemic and want to strengthen my immunity. Pls suggest something for my upset stomach and nausea.

I have tried a lot of online consultations and nothing is working. I feel a lot of breathlessness due to acid reflux. I'm following a soft diet and maintaining proper times to eat food.people say burping will ease it but the thing is I can't and haven't bruped till now and I don't know how to. Hi, I am having gasteric issues and cramps in stimach. Which is manageable. The main problem is that the pain has climbed up and it pains in the middle of chest. I mean the centre part of body. At times of sleep it hurts more. have no difficulty in breathing. Seems severe gasteric issue. Can someone help
