Hello I am having pain in chest, dizziness and some random body area pains(occasionally) since about last 14 months Echo, ecg, tmt everything was done before few months and some reputed cardiology doctor ware consulted and they said no heart related issues. Had some high LDL but now in normal range and no medication being taken since last 4-5 months Taking ranitidine 150 mg since 3 months. Not eating much junk food outside( hardly once a month) Have consulted many doctors over 1 year for the symptom but still found no proper diagnosis.

Before food nexpro 40 and after food sucrafil syrup and uniemdzyme syrup that's only i can take this ... Doctor who will be suggested to me ...tday only coughing little bit

From last night I have loose motion approx 8 -9 times . I feel some gastic issue , sytax is like that ,first  gastic feeling ,after minor stomach ace then I have loose motion . Hi.i underwent laproscopy last week since my appendix had ruptured..the infection had spread in stomach cavity n hence appendix was not removed.only pus n abcess was drained out.now i am discharged with medicines. 1)What is the scope of my appendix getting infected again since it is not removed 2)what steps should i take to ensure my appendix is healed n i have no issues in future requiring appendix removal n related surgery?

Sir now i take tablets and syrup but tday only start coughing its any problem or this symptoms is anything problem.. incase coughing tablets i can take anything please tell me the solution sir
