Acid Gas and Shortness of breath sometim

Hi Facing acidity, gas issue lot of bruping after having food. Sometime facing short Ness of breath due to gas. Done blood sugar ecg CBC very report is normal. Plz help current facing short of breath frequent. Visited cardiologist he asked to take Pan d, Lesuride tab and nexitas at night. Feel good till drugs working after same situation arise. Plz check current major issue is shortness of breath.
