Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am facing problem of constipation sometime flat stool since months . No blood , no vomiting , no pain . When change diet everything looks like good , accept flat stool (slight) sometime normal also . I go to toilet one time in 24 hours , but little concerned about flat stool and constipation sometime. During all these I never feel lake of appetite . I always feel full hunger , despite sometime face constipation (  toilet one time in 24 in a hours ) , is this cause of concern?

I m a patient of reflux gastric problem n i m using reciper 20 mg nd levosulpiride tab . I want a permanent treatment of this problem. I m not taking these tab regularly . I use such tab when acid problem is more . I m very sad for this problem i want a permanent cure so plz tell me medicine with the help i m permanently cure my problem

I am having pain in my upper abdomen for the last few nights, no pain during day time. I am not able to go to doctor because of lockdown. The pain is unbearable. Can someone guide me to what could cause this

After having food I am getting severe stomach pain which lasts upto four to five hours. I am also having constipation problem.

Not able to pass during this lockdown and have gained too much belly fat. Couldn't excercise due to constraints of. Space, do walk in building passage for about an hour. There is no major change in diet. How to resolve this.

Sir, I am 23 year old. Weight is 43 kg. I had a problem of vomiting whatever I eat. And also suffering from severe constipation. I am also facing loss of appetite.
