I'm having gastic problem .pain at abdominal side and the abdominal side and center of the belly is swollen.feeling droozi and full body is feeling dull.

I have a high build up of gas which causes alot of aches n pains. If I take pan 40 it subsides but then I get stomach pain. How to control this

Hi, sir. Can you please let us know the prerequisite to get abdomen ultrasound done. This is the request from Gastroenterologist for high acidity and gas problem. For ultrasound do we have to go empty stomach or should be done in morning or evening.

Hi Dr, I've been facing this problem for a long time, and my stomach never gets clean every day. As a result, many problems arise throughout the day. Because the stomach is not clear, there are many problems in the body, but the mind doesn't want to eat. I have shown many doctors that doctors are not able to fix them. I was vaccinated by 3 doses of Hepatitis B in 2009-10 with doses at 0,1 and 3. Do I need any more dose or booster ? Can a person who has been vaccinated for Hepatitis B earlier be exposed to or infected with that virus later ? Which test gives accurate result for Hepatitis B virus HBsAg or anti HBV ?

I'm having chronic cough since 4 months and have had inhubator check and xray done and 2 pulmonologists referred to gastro. And due to this pandameic I haven't seen any gastro yet. But one gastro suggested me to have gavascon, rabeprazol for 6 weeks. My acidity is still on and I'm coughing I'm having something kind of a food particle at the back of my throat all the time. Even if I have water multiple times. Please suggest me what needs to be done I'm worried about this.
