I m having stomach pain and feeling a bit of pinching sensation can someone advice me cyclopam should be taken before food or after food please advice it's urgent and due to pain feeling weakness

Do not take pain killers without knowing the diagnosis, instead take simple over the counter medication like syrup GelucilMps 30ml SOS and later consult gastroenterologist if not ok in 1 to 2 days.
