Feeling dizzy after pooping

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had erosive gastritis and duodinititis due to which i lost weight After medication and change in lifestyle i got better but after the lockdown im not going for morning walks I m getting acidity , mucus in stool and feel really dizzy like i m going to faint after pooping Why is this happening plz help i have mild pain in the middle of chest as if my eosophagus has wound
