Is it safe to take saccharomyces boulardii for long term use? How much it should be limited. I have been using it for digestion issues.

For about 3-4 days, I have been experiencing high acidity and gas suddenly, also I feel pain in both of my breasts and I am in ovulation phase and I feel tired and weak most of the time, and I feel stressed too. Can all these be related?

Does stomach burning causes high blood pressure? I am not BP patient but high blood pressure occurs during stomach burning.
