Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hello doc, Want to know is h pylori contiguous as doc told me to go for endoscopy as he want to rule out h pylori is that life threading dieseases.

It is normal when lie down or sitting but feeling upper stomach heavy. My local doctor recommends me for the ultrasound and everything is ok except enlarged liver so I also have liver function test and everything is OK in that also.. Then what is the problem??? Plz answer me

Feeling fullness always in my stomach....it is in normal in sitting or lie down....but standing or walking i feel heaviness in my stomach

Hi , I have been suffering from acidity for last 20 days since i started eating vitamin c tablets and many citrus fruits. Now sometimes i feel i am short of breath and it worsens while eating food. I always feel like there is something in my throat . The feeling of shortness of breath while eating scares me. I have been taking gelusil liquid 4 tb spoons a day for last one week. It has reliefed me a little but not so much. Please advise me for the above issue. Unable to sleep as i feel i won't be able to breathe when i sleep. I am not able to visit a doctor coz of lockdown. Is this a cause of concern?
