Acidity Chest pain in different location
I am mahesh 33 years old. Experiencing chest pain frequently in centre of chest but pain location changes in right and left side. This started from 1st of may. I have taken Pan D for 3 days but no relief. Visited fortis hospital, ECG done found ok. Dr. Prescribed Pentocid DSR and Mucaine syrup. Continue for 3-4 days but no significant relief. Then visited GERD specialist, currently Famotidine 40 mg (BD) and Levosulpride(OD). I am taking it from last 4 days. Relief is there but not 100%. It is advised to take it for 10 days. Vitamin D3 is on lower side, Micro D3 started.

Please continue the Famotidine and Levosulpiride as advised by the specialist. Please continue to follow up with the doctor and trust his/ her treatment. You may be advised an endoscopy. Please get it done.
