My after one year suffer dysentery .but recently mixed in a blood little. Lower abdomen pain.i have Very ten's.

My mouth produce excess saliva what should I do...since 15 days should I worry about it ... Plz tell me what should I do

By-mistake ,I took overdose of dulcoflex medicine as i was on constipation... I am also suffering from bloating from last year... What should i do now?

I had loose stool and have been on norflox tz plus econorm for 5days regularily. Today i stopped both, stomach became ok but feeling nausseated a bit and taate change in mouth dont wanna eat anything. Feelings bloatedAny suggestions ..

I have attached my report From my childhood I am weak from my immune system to digestive symptoms But my problem worsen in last few years I got gerd I am getting its treatment(on ppi(s) ) for last 10 months but my condition is getting away. After reading online i went for thyroid test which was normal (t3 t4 TSH) my testosterone is above 300 but my estrogen level is around 60 And progesterone level is also low. Also everybody in my family has weak immune system (my uncle has arthritis) it could be auto immune disorder. My other symptoms are while breathing I feel pain in my chest. My feets are always too cold. Brain fog constipation bloating thin hair puffy face Low muscle mass weak bones I am always fatigued My heart rate always varying body aches While eating I feel pain in my muscles mood swings etc

My fiance is having piles problem for whixh he takes H-oride capsule. But due to lockdown since this medicine is not available easily Can you please suggest some alternate medicine which will be easily available for piles issue Thanks in advance
