if you are having diarrhea ,pain abdomen and vomitings along with fever .,
better to consult a surgeon or physician near by.
take tabs ofloxacin +ornidazole one tablet twice aday after food
tab ranitidine and tablet ultracet twice a day after food..
plenty oral fluids ,ors helps in fighting dehydration and weakness.
symptoms might reduce in a day or two if not consult .
avoid spices and fries.
