Stomach Problems & Remedies

I cant have a satisfactory pooping. Infact there have been days i hve not been able to poop..its been 3 weeks. I have been taking ducoflex 10mg but it has not helped so much! Also i have a history of indigestion, and this pooping problems since a decade and it comes and goes. I had consulted for a ayurvedic treatment as well post which it was all fine but it has started again. Please suggest what i need to take to have a satisfactory motion for now and how to make it regular in this lockdown. Just to add i have portal cavernoma. I have acidity issues because of which i get headaches. I hve a history of migraine which is severe for which i take 10mg rizact.

Treatment taken from gastrointestinal from last 15 days but no improvement report details of endoscopy report All time pain just slow in some time increased but no too high

From last 2 weeks my stool is like digestable kind,before I used to having vomiting also.Now vomiting is not there, but my stool still it is  showing as digestable kind.

The food I eat is not getting digested which is leading to pain in chest..I also have pain in ribs, not sure if that is because of indigestion of food. I am looking for some good prescription

I was above average drinker. Used to consume alcohol 2-3 times a week. I quit drinking and started working out. Started high protein diet with low calories (approx 1800 per day, my weight 80kg, 5.10 height). My trainer suggested along with diet to consume Himalaya Liv 52 tablets as protein intake (including whey protein) is high. Should I take the Liv-52 tablet? Does High protein diet and liver has connection? Already taking Multivitamin and fish oil tables. Please suggest.

Sir, My wife has fat stomach after delivery , is there any remedies like gel,capsules to reduce it. After delivery she didn't used to bind the stomach with cloth so it is started. Kindly suggest which lifestyle to be adopt.

8 months ago, there was a gall bladder operation, now wound up next to him for 2 months, it discharges pus, there is no injury from inside.
