Reharding h pylori
My friend is suffering from h pylori infection,doctor prescribed him hp kit ,he went for endoscopy that shows mild gastritis I want to know can normal endoscopy detect h pylori.

Yes. It has nothing to do with what we find inside stomach. H pylori is a infection that if chronic can cause gastritis. It is one of many causes of gastritis. It might be present but has not yet caused damage like gastritis.
