H pylori , erosive pangastritis
I got my endoscopy done.was diagnosed with hpylori and erosive pangastritis
am taking veloz 20 since 15 days and insta raft syrup
i have hypertension and my bp is fluctuating whole day taking telma40 .i have weekness and dizyness at times
