I have been suffering from high gastric pain i.e in the centre just below the chest since 3 days n hav been taking 'drotin' n 'pantaocid' for the relief bt it's nt working I guess for a time being it relieves the pain bt after few hours it again starts. N it is kinda severe now. What meds shud I take n why is it so happening and wt should I do to not suffer from this. Wht foods I should avoid.

I am seeing acidity related issues while sleeping. This has reached to a point where it is causing cough. Ideally the reflux happens, this makes me get up and cough to clear my throat and sleep again (repeat). Whicb doctor do I consult and how to get treated.

My mother is a diabetic she is having digestion problem for few years now she can't eat properly whatever she eats it either gets through motion immediately or by vomiting what is the problem

Hi, I have recently consulted Rahul Kothari for acidity issue and he told me not to eat wheat and nuts. He told me that I have high acidity due to this and prescribed me medicine. This was 2 weeks ago and medicine worked as well. My question is till when I need to stop wheat intake and when can I start eating Roti ??

I had dry cough and redness in throat around 44 days back. Intial diagnosis by ENT specialist was acidity so he put me on Rabicap and symptoms were gone in 4-5days.After a week , I started to feel something around lower throat (Adams Apple) and felt something is there and I need to swallow it I also feel slight irritation .This happens recurrently. I consulted Gastroenterologist and he prescribed Gaviscon Liquid and Pand D  . Its been a more than week but still I feel irritation if I eat a bit spicy I don't have burning in Chest or Abdomain from the very beginning.so Could it be LPR and needs different treatment? What's the difference be LPR and GERD? If it's LPR do PPI help as Rabicip intially did?

सर, मेरे पेट के नीचे के हिस्से में 3 दिन से हल्का दर्द हो रहा है।गैस भी बन रही है। पेट फूल सा रहा है। कुछ भी खाने पर मुँह खट्टा हो रहा है। 2 दिन से Dsr एवं liv 52 ले रहा हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं। कृपया अपना अमूल्य सुझाव देने की कृपा करें। धन्यवाद।
