Stomach Problems & Remedies

For the last three-four days I have felt a rash at the entrance of my anus,My stomach is not clean for a long time I don't feel any pain or blood shed I am very worried about seeing this rash, please do not bother to tell me if I have piles !! Please tell me if you have the right medicine

So I have been suffering from gastric issues and uneven stool for the last 4-5 days even though I have been eating home made food. First day, the stool was loose then I ate bananas and it got better the second day. Third and fourth day I feel like I need to pass stool, but after a couple of small pieces, nothing comes out and the activity remains incomplete. There is a little sensation too, which makes me feel terrible. A sense of discomfort. Fifth day and again the activity is incomplete. Consumed buttermilk and pentocid in the morning empty stomach. Little relief but not fully satisfied. Please suggest immediate ways to cure this. Thanks

Feeling constipation from last 25days. Mild to moderate stomach pain. Too much brUP and gas passing. Pain sometime goes to lower part of chest and collar bone and back. Taking attached medicine but doesnt help for stomach pain and gas.

I have diagnosed HBsAg positive, is it a matter of worry, sometimes my BP got elevated upto 160/100 .

I feel something stuck in my throat and dry throat but when i burp then some water is come with it and feeling relax but when i eat smthng there is no prob. nothing stuck but after eat smthng this prob occurs and my stomach is also upset n have loose motion but abdomen is not clear

I have some weakness in body n I took bestace-q capsule multivitamin.. after one week of this capsule I feel like something is stuck in my throat n feeling very heavy on chest area ! After eating .. I think this is GERD problm .. can I take GAVISCON TAB.. For this problm thnks

Due to consipitation (1). there is gas in stomach. (2). After having food  pet phool jata hai ya khana digest nhi hota hai for a long time. (3). I am taking a medicine SYRUP - lactihep plus from a long time .it works but not very efficiently . (4).it feels that after drinking that it is hard to digest edible which I take throughout the day.

Suffering from gas and loss of appetite and weakness since a week. But have history of gas before and also took medication for it

I quit smoke for 25 days, this throat getting chocking by muscus and get speaking difficulty, No fever, no cough, facing it for 1 week Throat soreness horeness voice not coming out properly.. Look like LPR. Please tell me it's severe or not
