Since two weeks back I'm suffering with gerd as per my symptoms I suffered with acid reflux burning sensation in my chest and chest and breast bone pain the pain moves to left shoulder and lots of flatulence so I take omeprazole 20mg and antiacid for a couple of days later I change my medicine Pantoprazole 40mg for almost two weeks twice a day and metaclopramid suddenly from 11th day I get chills and tremors dehydration sneezing after that I use to take another medicine For gerd I feel better with the symptoms but I don't understand why I felt chills and tremors especially in night I don't have any fever my temperature is 36.6centigrades pulse and heartbeat is normal so in that case how far these chills and tremors related with gerd? What kind of diagnose I need to do? If I take paracetamol I'm OK if not it continues need a answer please what I need to do? What medicine I need to take? How can I oercame with this problem please help me with kind regards

Iam having indigestion,acidity,bloated and tight stomach from past 6 months...Iam having no sensation of hunger and thirst...iam also having hormonal acne mostly on left cheek and blind pimples...are these related...plz help

Dear sir Sudeen since yesterday am getting motion area dryness and pain . Not able to come motion out fast . Pls tell any tablet .and urine also less quantity am getting pass pls tell done have any health problems age 30 . But even if I touch motion area also getting little pain sudeen . Pls tell reasons

On 7th April I had semi solid semi digested motions. 2 days after I had loose stools in morning then cramp then again loose stools , bitter taste of mouth, burning sensation in stomach then nausea. That day went 2 times motions again next day I had little bit cramp and 2 times same semi solid and semi digested motions. again today morning loose stools then bitter taste of mouth whole day, after dinner again I had cramp and then loose stools and feeling very spicy while passing stool. Since one year I am having stomach issues Dr (Gastro) saying IBS in whinch I had infections many time, Current medication is Macrobonik 40mg, enzarforte and Velgut. My issue is that whether again I am having infection or it is due to some other issues like gas ? As it is not safe to visit Dr due to Corona, should I take Rifaxamin 400 for 5 days or should take after Dr consultation only? My Dr not available online. Pls help.

I have been suffering from gastric problem for almost 10 days during this lockdown, bloating after meal , contant burping, and shortness of breath , especially during night , which is hindering my sleep. Mouth ulcer Male, 25 I have mouth ulcer from last 2-3 days .. I m feeling something stuck in my throat n in food pipe too. and i have very dry throat too. when i eat n drink something then burp comes and some water and food piece comes with dat also. someone consulted me to take razo twice daily. i started it from yesterday and i m feeling 20 percent relax but throat is still dry. i want to know what is the reason behind dis and proper diet plan to avoid dis stucking and dryness

Since last 15days my bowel is not emptying well so I feel whole day gas in stomach..and sometime stomach get hard n dizziness.. I am using isabgol as laxative but didn't working.
