My mother is having stomach pain with and she had triphala for continues 20 days and had stomach pain and constipation now from 25 days she is having vomiting sensation while having any food What is her problem pls help us

I am taking cyra d for acid reflux one tablet per day,i am taking homeopathic medicine also for treating this permanently. Is this safe?

Dear Dr, Im facing a weird problem since last one week with my stomach swollen bit(constipation) and no free motion.after 2-3 days with great difficulty im having motion but not a free one. I'm drinking 3-4 litres of water per day and don't have any smoking/alcohol habits. My friend has similar problem and he is taking pentamed-40 in the morning with empty stomach. Can I also use the medication untill hospitals operate normally which are not operating due to lockdown.

Parenchyma is coarse. 2) GB is Normal. 3) CBD is Normal. 4) Pancreas is normal in size and Echogenicity. 5) Spleen is enlarged. PV is dilated (15.5mm) Recanalisation Og umbilical vein seen 6) kidneys, parenchymal Echogenicity, ureters, Bladder, Uterus, Myometrium, Endometrial, Ovaries, Cul de sac, everything is normal. Liver disease with portal hypertension Now, local Dr. Prescribed 1) Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets Ip 300mg 2) Ensules+(vitamin E and Fraxinus Excelsior soft Gelatin capsules) 3) Propranolol hydrochloride tablets Ip 10mg But my mother can't eat properly she feel high gas and acidity, vomiting tendecy too. Please prescribed what to do know should I go for any other test or can provide medicine. She also taking Thyroxine sodium tablets Ip 75mcg And chlorthalidone tablets ip 6.25mg for BP

Sir, from last 6 days I have gastric problem, after getting lunch and dinner I fell discomfortable, More than 2hrs b urping come with sound, some time I fell breathing problems while burping, no pain in stomach,5-6 hrs after eating I have felling relax . After eating my stomach is fully filling by gas.i have getting motion like oily and stool color lite black, I have online consultant with doctor he given medicine nexpro, ganton and OZ500mg ,I have taken this medicine from 2days but nothing improve. Please advise me what to do?
