Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have constant shortness of breath. I am having small meals however after every meal I feel bloated in the stomach. I have got my ECG, TMT, and Pulmonary test done, including all blood work and an ultrasound of the abdomen - everything is normal. However after meeting multiple doctors they have given me PanD 40mg and Vizylac tablets. I am not feeling any relief from the shortness of breath and discomfort in the abdomen but no pain anywhere. They have even added an anti anxiety tablet Alprax .25 twice a day. My symptoms persist with no relief. Due to Covid-19 I do not want to keep risking going to the hospital. Kindly diagnose the problem and suggest the medicines that could help. Thank you.

For the last 4 days i am having mild discomfort and little bit of pain(more like cramp) in my left side lower belly and abdomen.My poop is also not satisfactory it is happening in small amounts(shiny poop) and i have an urge to go to toilet.I finished a two week antibiotic course 10 days ago(augmentin 625).What medicines should i take? Can i take metrogyl 400

Feeling too much acid secretion and burning at chest. Its very painful in the morning. I have got all tests - LFT, endoscopy, ultrasound, Biopsy, CBC, heart tests and everything. But the burning and acidity is not decreasing for the past 20 days. There has been no relief.

My grandfather age 78 , suffering from a mild pain in left side of abdomen , He afraids that there is a cancer in stomach ? Is n't it chances of having cancer ?

I got severe gastric problem for the first time and I'm using mucaine gel tonic(before lunch and dinner and at bed time ) along with sompraz d in the morning(empty stomach 15mins before breakfast). Is it okay to use mucaine gel? Or does that have any side effects???

He is fasting from 7days an inhis life tym this is the first time that he is not going to motions.he has used dulcoflex but no result .

Hi I am currently facing loose motions issue. It first started 3 days back. I took Redotil morning evening and took ORS. It got okay in 2 days but today it again started. It is not the frequency (3-4 times in a day) but the motions are loose. Am eating only home cooked food. I am currently on acid reflux medicine. I don't know the name of those as doctor had given them in a small plastic bag. I have Redotil, Econorm and Norox Tz at home. Can you please help what to do?

Respected Sir/Ma'am I'm suffering from reflux/regurgitation from last month. I get excessive belching. And after having a small meal I feel fullness and bloating. After getting belching I feel as if something is stuck in my throat. I feel upper back pain at times and also tightness in my chest. I'm following a bland diet from last 35 days but still no improvement. Done endoscopy, ultrasound and CT scan too. The reports are normal. I'm currently taking Razo-D and Acotiamide 100mg. There's no improvement. Please help me what should I do?

I was suffering from hyperacidity, constipation and Shortness of breath I took Esomeparazole from 10 days now acidity ans Constipation is very low and Shortness of breath is there very rare When that shortness of breath prob will go Sir

I,m can,t eat and my stool passing process is tuff like constipation and last one is that my stomach right side all of side is hard I,m touch and feel those hardness.
