Stomach Problems & Remedies

I was suffering from cystitis from past 20 days but took nutibact 100 for 10 days for infection,even took some ayurvedic medicines for UTI also like varanadi kashayam and others also but want to know in this 20 days I was having. Pelvic pain burning urinating metallic taste in mouth,nausea.from past 2 days I have dull pain near liver region also like pulling type and I am afraid because in this time I came from 45-42kgs in 20 days.i doubt is ther anything to be worried as is it anything like peptic ulcer or how and does UTI cause weight loss what to do next .no burning only pulling dull pain with fatigue,restless legs,stress etc.

I am very very distrub from acid reflux and gas problem . I change all my diet and lifestyle. and not eat spicy or fried item but could not relief me from this. Some time gas is to much and I breathe heavy with this. What can I do. I also take medicine digine , rabirab dsr from 9 days. Some time like normal. but after that gas. I am very very scared
