I was dieting for about 3 month 2 tyms chapati and lunch rice .last 1 month I stopped mi diet and starting eating spicy items biryani ..does it effect to my body mi tummy has swellen from last 4 days and feels like heavy , tight,if I press mi abdominal part it's seems some muscles had been swellen and bcz of that mi belly has swellen .unable to relases gas .and mi throat fells like the meal is almost near mi throth and it is not digested.

My mother is having issues since 4-5 days, 1. Stomach/abdominal pain(near navel area) 2. Burning in stomach area 3. Breathing issue 4. Headache What could be the problem? She is diabetic but not under medications.

Hi doc, j have severe constipation issuea from more thn 10plus years. Cnt go without meds. But from last few months m observing bad gas and bloating issues. Whatever I eat, start felling heavy and bloated. Sometimes bad gas cramps too. My diet is satvik. Most of the time m on fruits and liquid diets like curd and milk. Pls help what could be the reason for same. My diets always have been bad but now it's has improved a lil but problems still persists.

I am drinking sufficient amount of water along with taking suffering amounts of fibre vegitable instead of I am suffering from constipation

I had wisdom molar pain n I took pain killer for a week n I think it's a overdose .. n I have mouth ulcer now I have worst nights coz of pain n irritation .. difficult to eat or chewing anything .. plz prescribe the treatment .. how it could be heal .. what food should I take to heal this .. thanks

I'm having gases from 4 days .today it's paining serviorly near abdominal .if I went to washroom also it's paining alot near abdominal and backpain.

Cholelithiasis With Acute Cholecystitis And Mild Splenomegaly.Hi 3 mnths back i suffered from stomache pain and after some symptoms and blood tests Dr confirmed jaundice. He gave medications that was cured 2 months back. In these 2 months was in normal and I followed same diet. Last week I ate nonvegs and oil foods. 3 days back same stomache pain came and I went to lab and tested Lft test. Again it shows jaundice with bilbruin count 3.4.then I consulted Dr and asked him why jaundice stike again. Then he suggested scanning. In these scanning report impression is "Cholelithiasis With Acute Cholecystitis And Mild Splenomegaly". Galstones size 6mm. Sludge present CBD is not dilated 3mm.spleen is mild enlarged in 13.2cms and normal architecture. Remaining all are normal. He gave medications for stones. And discussed about Galbladder surgery. yesterday i tested Lft,present bil count normal. Pls help me what is my condition? Is anything serious about galbladder or spleen? Thanks in advance

Whenever she is eating anything it seems to her like food is getting struck in back of the mouth (gale) mein. Sometimes in the middle of the lunch or dinner she don't feel like eating. After gargling sometimes feel ok. But again if she eats anything same thing happens and since last 10 days it is happening. Burp also occur no of times (dakar).

Done fistulectomy one year before. I have been normal for the one year. But a small portion of the surgery site looks like a pea sized swollen gland after the wound has been healed...the swell become very big and it bursts with lot of pus and bleeding and it created a small hole now..I am not sure whether it is recurrence.i also feel incomplete bowel evacuation. Please advice.
