Its not like you don't produce gas, it varies you might produce it in small amt and it passes without being noticed or with stool.
Don't worry about it if you dont have any problem
For constipation you need to start taking adequate amount of fluid, fibres in diet and start some physical activity or exercise.
If it doesn't resolve with it u need to take some laxative.
