Hello. I am suffering due to pain in my lower right front abdomen while movement, laughing, urinating,etc. My monthly periods got over the day before yesterday. I don't know the cause of pain. Please help.

I am facing this issue from last one years. I had homeopathy treatment for three months during medicine I am fine and not facing this issue. But after three month course, I am facing again same issue. I had ultrasound before and after treatment in which fatty lever - grade1 and left renal cyst are diagnosed.
