Does ayurvedic treatment and homepathic treatment do they treat patients by doing necessary scans ex. CT scan, ultrasound etc etc or treatment will only be given, based on patients query. Please clarify

I am facing gas for last 7-10 days now. I am 5'7" 62 kg weight and have a fitnesss regime. Also avoid junk food and finish dinner by 6:30. Been sleeping 7 hours as well. The gas and constipation does not improve. Started isabgul but even that's not helping.

My mother, 61 years, is suffering from acid reflux and now has started taking Pen D which is having good effect. But she is also suffering from dry throat and Pen D is useless for it.
