I am facing constipation problem last 5 days. many time i face this problem. what i eating not clearing daily. For this causing headache, gastro problem etc. i drink water upto 3 ltr daily. Eating habbit is normal not eat spicy food. daily exercise. what need to do now? age 24 male body weight 56 kg height 5.4 ft

I have been facing nausea, vomiting, visceral hypersensitivity, feeling of itching on abdomen and stickiness inside abdomen and constipation since 1.5 yrs after an chronic episode of diarrhea ( started while using pantop 40 mg twice a day for 45 days) treated with rifagut for 2 weeks. Used medications acogut, pruease, pand but in vain. Cbp, lft, ultrasound are normal. Lately, stool test was suggested result was entamoeba coli/ bacteria present. Please kindly suggest what we are missing on diagnosis part.

Hello Dr; I was having burping problem once in a week earlier. But nowadays it has started on daily basis specially after dinner. It last for two hours till I get asleep. I take Eno n other soda products to reduce it but it didn't stop. Due to burping issue ; I m unable to sleep on time and gets disturb sleep. Kindly advice some medicine either allopathy or homeopathy or Ayurvedic to stop it or at least reduce it. Also confirm it is not a serious concern na. Thanks Shakera B.

I am having sore throat and went to a gastroenterologist was told that it was due to gerd.He gave me sompraz d40 1-0-0,sompraz 40 0-0-1and sucralfate &oxetacaine suspension for 3 weeks.Its been a week since the visit I still have sore throat.

Dear Sir yesterday my USG done and below impression is shown: A well defined lobulated heteroechoic retro peritoneal mass lesion with irregular surface seen in pre tracheal and pre caval region just posterior to pancreas. CECT is advisable to exclude any malignacy. Mass size DIAMETER 3.78*3.59 CM I want to know is it any serious matter because I have always constipation and I am asthmatic also. In past tuberculosis diagnosed and treatment is completed 9 months ago. I feel tightness and sometimes swelling on upper abdomen.

I keep getting burp frequently like every 10-15 seconds. I suspect my digestion system has failed because of which i keep getting gas problem and heart burn problems. Can you cure permanently?

I had flatulence symptoms before two months , advised for 5 days antibiotics of rifagut 200 . Again relapse after one month with conformation on stool routine test having acidic stool and pus value 6-8 , completed same course for 10 days in addition with xymex , rebaprazol with speedy intestine, Lactic Acid Bacillus Tablets. But symptoms are same. It get worse at night Intestine Gas , Acidity and mild stomach pain. How should I proceed further for the treatment?
