My mother 71 years has to many times to excrete stool because of this she got some wound ki d thing in passage initially she thought it's piles but it is not as per one dr ..So due to going many times the wound is not healing so what she should do ..What is the problem

Since one month I always feel full and feel like vomitting after eating... Only bile saliva and minimum food particles came out ... Right now I am taking ayurvedic medicine.. But very minimum impact is there... Before that i have also taken antibiotics but it cause headache to me. . I am eating very light food since 2 months

Sir I done my lft test my sgot is 44 sgpt is 45 total bilburin is 1 direct 0.4 indirect is 0.6 alkaline pospatase is 239 Tell me can I take any liver tonic live live 52 syrup or can I take a any amla juice or i have to start any medicine for that exctualy I already consult it with a gastralogy in my own city they given me a medicine urosol 300 mg and nexpro 40 but I also consulted it with some other doctor and they told me it a near normal no need to take any medicine so I'm confused plz guide me tell me through a diet it can be lower it or I have to start it a medicine and plz also tell me which food and fruits is good for reducing sgpt sgot levels what type of food will I take now

Hi sir my doctor prescribed me endoscopy in Bangalore. But I asked many more hospital dey are not conducting to do endoscopy they are telling come after lock down . If any dr do endoscopy let me know . After my doctor told do it barium swallow .. Plz tel me.

Hi doctor as Iam using dexlansoprazol 60mg for a 10 days and endial later Iam using 30mg dexlansoprazol 30mg and endial digest. Before this I use pantaprozole antiacid for acid reflux, now acid reflux is in control but sometimes I feel especially in nights lot of gases I can't able to sleep whole night trouble in breathing sometimes vomiting sensation sometimes stomach pain and with sounds in intestines and stomach, I went for stomach scanning Evey thing is OK but they said little fatty liver what is bothering me I can't sleep well especially in nights because of gases and vomiting sensation and trouble in breathing can u please suggest me any medication and food habits by the way I don't eat any milk products spicy oily foods With kind regards

My mother is 65 years old and is affecting from severe dysphagia not able to digest solid at all. When she sleeps, water comes to her mouth and she has to spit it.. It happens twice or thrice during the night. She had a surgery last year where her gallbladder was removed as there was a stone in it.. Her uterus was also removed as there was some doubtful cells on the uterus lining as doctor mentioned which could be cancerous. So he removed both gallbladder and uterus. Now she is on ayurvedic medicine since then. She takes warm water every morning and had stopped dairy products.. Except little tea during the day.. She has a habit of chewing supari (the betel nut piece) since many years. she is unable to swallow even the mild solid foods in an apt manner and feels like the food is roughly going inside scratching the walls of the esophagus and stuck in between thereafter. she is usually getting cough while eating and most importantly, she is getting bubbles along with small vomiting
