How can we cleanse our fatty liver with high spikes of SGOT and SGPT? Is there any tablet to decrease its significance?

I am suffering with digestive disorder like whenever i will be hungry and eats food i feel like bloating and its completely full. And sometimes feel like need to poop frequently though its not diarrhea. Gets stomach gas so quickly and hence dont want to eat much and always rethinks before having anything in food. I have lost weight also and i want to gain weight but due to this problem not able to. Please suggest what exactly is this issue?

About 10 ago I was having foul smelling stool, single motion for a few days. A general physician suggested taking BIFILAC HP but after 3 days I m not having motions. Weakness in legs after stool n feel like low fever in the morning and early evening. Is it constipation can I take dulcoflex.

The medicines they r taking regularly is Glynase - mf for sugar- 2 tablets/day. Udp-at for BP - 1tablet / day. So please consider this dosage & prescibe the medicines for the problem accordingly. I request u to advice the medicines which is very procuritive with  very least side effect. As high power medicines is not suitable to their body / health. Thanking u.

I have been facing digestion issue since mid jan 2020 following massive vomiting d next morning following eat out at a cafe, anything i eat give burps, 80% time empty burps, i have changed my lifestyle completely in terms of exercises and diet and taking adequate sleep, recently my skin, lips getting really dry, i have followed medications also since then, some said it is navel up, following 8 yogic asanas specific to that also, still feel nauseated the whole day, if i eat i burp, if i starve i burp, please help me out

I have constipation and gas problem without any pain gastroenterologist diagnosed IBS and I am under medication. Do this exist long term aur can be totally cured and do I need to give up milk and sweet products ( wheat intake is alright or it also create problem?)as even normal intake of sweet product cause gas in my case and if I avoid all this what are there alternatives as my weight stays normal, presently I am under weight. Can IBS caused due to over eating and distress life style for long duration because in this case I think mental stress is not a major aspect, I may be wrong but this is how I analyse the cause of this syndrome. Hi, My mother is having stomach pain since last few days and the doctor has adviced her the medicine written in this pic. We live in a village where there are only limited medical stores. Due to corona pandemic we can't go to any town. The medical stores here not able to understand what is written in this prescription. Can anyone help us so that we can arrange medicine for her?

I feel regular pulsation in my stomach and feels like something is moving from many years it dosnt cause any harm till yet...why is this happening Is anything serious?
