I m suffering from Indigestion, needle pinch like pain in right side of upper abdomen. Loss of appetite, stomach discomfort.

मेरा वज़न नवम्बर2019 में 88किलो था।आज छह महीने बाद 85 रह गया है।तनाव काफी रहता है।IBS का इलाज चल रहा है आजकल mebecon ले रहा हूं। परन्तु एक तो सारे दिन भूख लगती रहती है पर ऊर्जा रहित रहता हूं। शुगर 117/237 है जालरा एम50/850 ले रहा हूं दो वक्त। शरीर से फैट बहुत कम हो गया है क्या वज़ह हो सकती है उचित परामर्श लें।

Hi, My friend suffering from repeated gastritis and ulcer, UTI ,and Survical pain and weight loss very fast.

I had excess gas, excess belching and a sharp pain in chest one day when i lie down so i am currently taking dsr in morning and aciloc in evening as prescribed online by a doctor since 5 days. I am currently having little discomfort in chest and sometimes it feels like some gas is trapped below ribs and little belching sometimes. I did a cbc a month ago and found that i had low rbc count and vit b12 deficiency by online sources and i feel it to be true since i do not take milk products and am pure veg so i started polybion l for it and a  month has passed now and felt much better. I have symptoms like shortness of breath, abdominal discomfort, etc. No nausea or vomiting till date. I discontinued polybion l thinking the symptoms may be because of it since 3 or 4 days and started again yesterday night and found some relief, so i want to know that is all the problem related to vit b12 only? And are there any chances of ulcers?

Hi, My wife is taking iron supplement as per proscribed by the doctor before lockdown, but whenever she takes fefol capsule she suffer from gas, acidity and start vomiting within few minutes also I am not able to contact doctor due to lockdown, please suggest proper time to take iron capsule and how to reduce gas and vomiting. Thanks

Hello sir & mami having piles and fistula problem from few days.problem in passing stool sometimes blood  is also coming.i am confused what to do its pains a lot. But i want to cure it permanently without any operation or surgery please help what should i do.

I have been experencing pain in the right lower most of abdomen n jst below right chest from 3 days .I have no problem in stool n urine but i am farting 15-20 times a day. Plizzz suggest should i go for colonoscopy test .

While showering I fell on a tube-like object 4-5 in. Panicked, I immediately went to toilet and excreted. I am not sure whether that object is out or not. What should I do in this lockdown situation?

My daughter lives in Mumbai in a flat. She can't walk outside. Her digestion is affected. She has taken digestive pills, churn, anzymes, but not cured. Plz suggest.
