This is not constipation. Feeling of incomplete bowel emptying is quite often a part of Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which is associated with stress. Ensure plenty of oral fluid intake, plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take Isabgol husk 2 tsp in a glass of water after dinner daily. As for mucus in stool, you will need to get a stool test done. Burning sensation in anal region after stool indicates a fissure. Consult a surgeon for evaluation.
