High bilirubin
Sir., my  total billirubin is 1.0.  My frnd total billirubin is 0. 2 . i have incresed billirubin  at 25 yrs age only. Can i eat spicy food and can i drink alchol . should i whorry about it.. Please clarify me detali because i am not understanding

You can eat spicy, however avoid alcohol.

Total bilirubin 1.0 should not be a cause of concern. Get your complete liver function tests (LFTs ) done to know your liver enzymes ( SGOT and SGPT). Also sonography of liver. You can meet doctor with report or do online video consultation
