SUFFERING FROM HeartBURN
Suffering from heartburn from last 20 day ,done a Endoscopy reports are attached.Tense about the Heartburn which comes back every day at the evening time,or while lying down.SGOT SGPT are 100 each .Done Echo ,ECG,CBC ,LFT,GFR,CPK,CPKMb all are normal . No Alcohol or Smoking Use to have a lot JUNK foods.

Eat breakfast by 9 am Lunch by 2 Dinner by 10 pm Avoid junk fried food, coffee, chocolate and cold drink Lying down causes the symptoms because of lax LES.
Next Steps
try Nexpro 40 mgs 2 time daily before food for 2 weeks kinpride 1 mg 3 time daily before food for 2 weeks.

Keep it simple Avoid spicy ,oily n nonveg food Small frequent meals No long hrs of fasting No overeating even if its fav dish Tab NEXPRO L 1 before breakfast Syp Ulgel A /Ancool 2 tsp tds before meals Use 1/2 pillow while sleeping Dinner n sleeping time shd hv a gap if 2 hrs minimum.follow this for 1 month Once symptoms r less stop ur medication but other suggestions r for life long as ur endoscopy reports shows lax LES.
