I was told that i had gallstones but they were medium and since they do not have any symptoms nothing had to be done. now a days I can feel something like them after meals. I don't have pain but just a feeling like something's there in right of my stomach. What should be done.

Gallstones can cause bloating of stomach and vague discomfort . If you have multiple stones or you have bloating and indigestion do not wait for complications to arise. Symptoms like pain vomiting fever and jaundice come when the gallbladder starts getting infected. If infected you may have to undergo emergency procedure. It is safer to remove the gallbladder now before emergency. laparoscopic method is safe no pain or bleeding. You may not have any after effects after removing the gallbladder.
Next Steps
get examined by a surgeon or surgical gastroenterologist immediately.
