Kindly suggest me diet that I can easily follow in this lockdown situation as follows.
- I easily get Acidity so how can I control it.
- Meals that I can easily prepare at home.
- Specific fruits & vegetables to be included.
- And what should I eat for breakfast.

If you want to take home cooked food that's excellent. For breakfast tale brown or wheat bread, or corn flakes eggs
Lunch have as usual dinner chappathi with sabzi. All food to be take 50 to 60% of what you have on regular days..since in lockdown not much physical activity, hence don't stuff yourself.to boost immunity take amla raw cut,
Fruits all you can consume. Avoid spicy and fried foods.
