I would advise you to meet a general surgeon so that you can be assessed and undergo the necessary investigations and make a confirmed diagnosis and staging. There is a possibility of hemorrhoids, fissure and fistula which has to be ruled out by physical examination. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment. The following steps may help: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight as per your BMI (Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI) - Exercise regularly (30-45mins/day) - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Have laxatives for strain to be reduced during bowel movements If the problem persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
Next Steps
Follow the steps as advised
Health Tips

Fibre rich food is lacking. You have to change the diet. For now Take Pegicol powder in water or juice after food at night . Add fruits and salad to diet.
