You should have easy to digest food cooked at home, avoid fat rich and oily food. Can have more of fibre and protein. Small and frequent meals, and maintain good hydration

Mild, blend diet least spicy oilfree no fried items packet food or any outside food. Best is home made rice, dal, sambhar roti green vegetables, curd , butter milk. Poha upma idali with white chatani are also good. Dinner must be light.
