Gilbert Syndrome and Tab.Luminal for tre
16years guy has been fighting with Gilbert Syndrome.Multivitamins are prescribed with liv.52 etc. Somewhere I read Tab. Luminal was prescribed by some authority.But luminal is prescription for seizures.Can this tab. be prescribed for the Guy.

First of all, Gilbert syndrome is a very benign problem . It is present in almost 10 percent of normal people. So don't worry about it. There is only a mild increase in bilirubin levels. For confirmation a special genetic blood test is required. Luminal is absolutely not required
